We went back to Siegel's. Last time we were here was with the Elfvins in 2013 (I think?)
Kids had a blast, while I hobbled around on my weak ankle (2.5 months since injury) -- and Susan and talked pros and cons of making move to Burnett. I received an offer the day prior, October 6.
By the end, we had decided that it would be tough for DDB to keep me. all signs pointed to making move... although, I would be back and forth for another 3 weeks. Next weekend (October 15), I leave for London for 2 weeks and do not actually make decision and inform DDB until October 31, upon my return.
As for pumpkin picking, it started to pour before we could chose pumpkins, so Susan and I found a clubhouse to stay dry while the kids ran to get pumpkins with wheelbarrow's -- they were soaked. super fun.
